In the recent years an abundance of technical papers and books have been written on several topics of radar signal processing. The detection of radar targets against ground and sea clutter is a problem of great interest in the radar community. The fusion of signals from different radar to improve detection performance is another relevant topic of research and application. These are two of several topics that have been extensively described in the technical literature. Needless to say that the consultation of technical references plays a key role in the daily work of researchers and engineers involved in the radar field. We collected almost 700 references in a single document to facilitate our work and the work of other colleagues of the radar community. The collection of references is by no means exhaustive; the period of screening mainly covers the last two decades.

I. INTRODUCTION This document contains two lists. The second and more important collects the references. They are listed alphabetically in relation to the name of the first author and chronologically for the references pertinent to the same author. Each reference is identified by a label as follows: XYJnm; "XYJ" are the first three letters of the surname of the first author of the reference; "nm" are the last two digits of the year of publication of the reference; sometimes, the identification label of the reference ends with an additional letter a, b, c, :::, to identify one of several references written by the same author in the same year. In the first list, the references are clustered according to the following different topics:
1. Radar clutter modeling, 2. Experimental clutter measurements, 3. Cancellation of non-Gaussian clutter and target detection, 4. Radar signal processing in relation to detection, 5.
